Thanatoeconomics and Healthcare Reform

I was going to write a post about Nataline Sarkisyan, the young woman who died while waiting for a liver transplant - because Cigna Healthcare, her family's medical insurer, was practicing thanatoeconomics - a.k.a. "business as usual" -

but someone else already has.
